Playing a dark dom atm. I heard a lot of bad stuff about haunt, on the forms and in channels. But hey..they look cool..gotta try it once.
And looking at the numbers..they seem pretty good. Didnt think the animation was as slow as I was hearing.
But..
I was just doing Grahams arc, in steel, his final mission. As each Tsoo boss went from 'npc' to 'enemy' I would have them pre selected and then use dark grasp as soon as I could. In this way, most did not even get an attack off on me. So, last boss, and I hold him, then use haunt, before starting to blast away.
What do I see?
Because the boss went right from npc to Held, and didnt actually aggro onto me..it seems the Shades dont see him as a threat either..and they just floated back over and stayed by me, NOT attacking. Even if I moved close to him..they wouldnt fight, as long as I kept him held (which is kinda the idea on a dom!).
I remember reading about the haunts not taking aggro, on test. Is this the same thing? Did the set really go live which such an annoying mechanic?
