First Build - Elec\Elec\Mu

Having played off and on for 5 or so months (not entirely sure when but i bought GR a few weeks before freedom launched) i finally decided to tinker with Mids a bit and see what i could come up with. This is my favourite character at the moment (though the spines\regen scrapper that is my forum namesake is very close behind.)

After reading a few guides and looking at some builds this is what i came up with. (Bear in mind i can't quite afford it yet but it's something to build towards as i work the market and he is only lvl 35 atm so no huge rush, i like to take my time and enjoy the game.) Concept being a Crey project that attained sentience (who will at some stage be reprogrammed to be a hero (by synapse? /shrug) but is currently a villian destroying things) <-- I'm not much up on the lore yet but im learning feel free to help flesh out the concept a bit as well for those interested.

The idea was to hit the s\l softcap (or come as close as possible) and then get as much recharge as possible (keeping in mind i cant afford purple sets or pvp sets any time soon.) I'd also like to improve the e\n defense as much as possible. I would like to be able to use him for farming as well as content (though the farming is an afterthought and content is more important.)

I do have one KC set slotted already and am one part away from slotting another, i also have all the reactive armours slotted or ready to slot as well as the numi and a cpl of lotg's. Incarnatewise i have absolutely no idea so any recommendations there would be appreciated.

This is my first attempt at a build so please, tear into it and point out how i can improve it. One thing thats been getting to me is the FF+recharge proc in thunderstrike (i really love the proc but am losing s\l def by only slotting 5 oblits, i would like to keep the proc if possible but dont know what else i could slot there to optimise and being a build\game noob im a bit wary of using that word "optimise.")
