-You could remove the KinCombats from Brawl and add a slot to Manuevers and Frozen Armor in order to keep the same s/l defense (you'd lose 15hp, but gain 20% regen and a slot)
-since you're using Agility you could probably drop a slot from Stamina, but its hard to gauge (with Domination topping you off pretty often) without playing it.
-I was gonna argue moving the ATO proc to a AoE (SC or Fissure) because you might get more benefit, but idk. It's nice to have a heavy hitting melee attack.
