That doesn't look like hair, that looks like a neck-protection flap.
EDIT: Hmmm. I have no idea. Looking at it again, it looks like hair if colored a certain color but looks nothing like hair with other colors. Even when it's a hair-colored color, it looks terrible. Like someone with Down's cut his hair.

No one on Help Channel seemed to be able to give me a straight answer on this, so here goes nothing.
The Firefighter Helmet (from Paragon Market) has hair on female characters. (It'd be odd, frankly, if it didn't.) HOWEVER, on Male and Huge toons, your character winds up balder than a newborn baby when you put that hat on your head.
My question is, is this working as intended? At ONE point, it certainly had hair--see the video posted on page 2 of this thread.
Really kinda limits the use of it for me--didn't know if this was deserving of a petition or not.
