Hello, thanks for reading my thread.

I'm working to get the following with my build. (Money is not an issue).

* Ideally I like most of my primary\secondary powers.
* Pool powers are least favored (mainly for +Defence).
* Trying to get soft capped Ranged Def. <--------------- MAIN POINT(1)
* Trying to get maximum global +Rech <----------------- MAIN POINT(2)
* Trying to keep decent recovery.
* Playstyle : Keeps distance from enemies (uses caltrops ect..), Doesn't activate tough,


This is what I have so far, I'v been mainly fooling around with slotting, but maybe you can see more practical slotting powers, or better slotting for my enhancements set bonuses.

*NEW APPROACH OF BUILD*
- took out LEADERSHIP (Assault, Maneu, Veng) for FLY POOL (Hover, Fly, After burner)
- Added Pan + heal\recov for heals\reocover

Play style - Use Hover as defense, if things get rough pop After burner (+10 Def (All)) (Self Only Power).
* thought If I added fly it would make keep me at RANGED DEFENSE 100% of the time. Which is good for me.

Your thoughts?

You've got 1.25% ranged defense seven time's. I don't think Mid's always obey's "the rule of five". (Basilisk and Thunderstrike have 1.25)

hmm, Mid's is also showing your fully slotted Cloaking Device is giving 2.76% defense, but under the "view totals" list its giving over 5% defense..not sure what thats all about.

I was gonna say swap your slotting between CD and Weave but those numbers are throwing me off.


perma jump is ---> /up 1

The -Tohit in smoke grenade would affect the enemies chance to hit you more then soft-capped range defence. But it is pretty solid.
