While I am not averse to this, it would put one more thing on the NCsoft web team's to-do list, which they already fail to keep up with as it is.

Agreed.
The NCSoft web team is going to be the weakest link here. Calling them undependable is like calling a kick "between the goalposts" uncomfortable.

You should have an inexpensive option to buy a full forum posting license for 30 days for non-VIP members.
It's really a win-win. Earn more cash for game and encourages community participation which can only strengthen all aspects of the game.
