Missing Costume Options

The hacker pattern is a Tier 3 Paragon Reward. She hasn't been VIP long enough to get to tier 3, I'm betting.

Well that'd do it. Man, I searched for about an hour and got diddly; it'd be nice if the reward description actually had that listed as a reward. Right now it just says 'Belly Shirts' in-game. :/

I couldn't find the old 'missing costume piece' thread, so I'm going to chuck this here and hope someone can redirect me.
Fiancée decided to make a character on my account out of boredom. She liked the costume so much she saved it and ported it to her machine so she could make a character out of it later.
Now, when she went in to load the costume, she got an error. She'd used the Hacker top (Tops with Skin) on my account and it's not available on hers. She's VIP, like me, so I decided to log in to her account from my machine just to check to make sure it wasn't a one-time problem.
Nope. Sure enough, I have Hacker and she doesn't. We're both full VIP. What's with that?
