I highly recommend reading Call Me Awesome's Invulnerability guides:

http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=133483

http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=126983

Take a gander at those guides and see how your current build compares. Read a few of the threads here that show builds for other Invulnerable tanks and see what has been recommended. I think some of the ideas and suggestions in both CMA's guides and the other Invulnerable threads will give you some great ideas to improve your tank.

Um, yeah there's a lot of room for improvement there; your attacks are basically unslotted and your armors are overslotted with less useful sets.

Please, check out both of my invuln guides in my signature. You currently have very little in effective set bonuses and absolutely terrible slotting in your attacks. It's completely possible to have many times the durability you currently have along with good damage.

A thumbnail suggestion would be:

  • Take the Fighting Pool - Boxing/Tough/Weave
  • 4 slot Reactive Armor in TI, Unyielding, Tough & RPD
  • 5 slot your single target attacks with 4 Smashing Haymaker (or, if you've the resources, Kinetic Combat) and one Acc/Dam/End from another set.
  • Slot 3 Eradication and 2-3 Scirocco in your PBAOE attacks.
  • 6 slot Taunt with either Mocking Beratement or Perfect Zinger
  • Slot Invincibility with 2 Enzyme HO's (47+) or 3-4 Gift of the Ancients
  • Drop one slot from Dull Pain
  • Slot the Steadfast Protection 3% defense unique into one of the passive resists.
  • If you're taking Build Up stop at 3 slots; you aren't getting much of use to you with your slotting.
That will give you some framework; after that I'd drop Unstoppable, or at least leave it with the base slot and Leadership isn't the best choice for a tanker.

I hope you haven't built this already; it needs a page one re-write and most of the IO's will be replaced.

Currently you're ridiculously overslotted in in several powers (one of which is an "Oh Crap!" button godmode with a nasty crash at the end that should only EVER be used in DIRE emergencies).

Also, you are COMPLETELY unslotted for real damage. Most of your heavily slotted stuff is slotted for knockback. On an Invuln tank, knockback is the enemy! Your defenses rely on you keeping hordes of enemies around to keep your defenses high.

On a different melee secondary, I'd say "Sure, keep Spring Attack!" But you've already got THREE (count 'em!) AoE attacks (Whirling Axe, Cleave, and Pendulum).

Here's a quickie build. Not optimal power placement (SIIIIIIIIIIIIDEKIIIIIIIIICK!!!). But it should work fairly well.

You're not QUITE soft-capped on S/L or F/C. A single set of Kinetic Combats in place of one set of Smashing Haymaker will cap you for S/L while you're close enough to the F/C softcap that you honestly shouldn't need the extra half-percent or so.

If you can get a couple of KinCombat sets together, you can start doing other things. Like swapping in some LOTG +Recharge IOs and LOTG Defense IOs. While your defense will come down a little for E/N and F/C, you'll welcome the recharge and the additional Regen.
