Character and / or Server Issues on Exalted

I played City of Heroes for nearly twelve hours yesterday with no issues, obtaining all of the Winter event badges on my new main character. Late last night when I decided to log for the night, I used the base teleport power while in Pocket D. I clicked on "Your SG base," waited a few minutes for it to load... and then I was booted from the game. I relogged, and when I selected the character I was just on, he only half appeared on the character selection screen. You could make out his general shape and costume, but not all of the details were there, and he looked blocky. I decided to call it a night since I was going to bed anyway.

I go to log back on about 14 hours later. First time I booted up City of Heroes for the day. I enter my password... and the game says that my account is already on. Wha?! I log on again, and get to the character selection screen... the character I was on all day yesterday appears just fine. I select him. Enter the game... and I'm back in Pocket D. All appears well.

I used the base teleport power again... "Select "Your SG base"... and about three minutes later, get the message, "Mapserver disconnected."

Except the game didn't boot me. I'm in Pocket D, with the message "Mapserver disconnected" over the screen, but all appears normal, except I can't move, talk, interact with anything. And something just appeared in the chat window... "Unknown command: afk."

What is going on?

Edit: I gave up, went to menu, and selected "Log on another character." Now I just have a black screen in front of me with clouds... no characters listed. Going to close the game, run a repair check, and try to get back on...

Okie, it appears others on Exalted are also having issues with the game locking up while trying to zone into their SG bases.

I have a character on Exalted who I logged in to, they had no powers and were effectively lvl 0....and all their costumes were messed up. And by messed up I mean the following:
Female Head
Male Torso
DEAR GOD WHAT ARE THOSE? Hands
Female Legs
Male Boots

Oh yeah, and this is viewable by everyone, not just me....and even when I change this costume to a normal one, it still keeps coming back...

The base teleport power doesnt work from PD and never has afaik

There is a SG base portal in the Main room of PD over to one side - it kinda "disappears" sometimes - but its there and will take you to your SG base

If you do try and use your Base teleport power when in PD - you will get the prompt to choose the base but it wont take you there and you power will start to recharge as if its been used.
