Like Eric Nelson says, it makes it so using both mouse buttons will run forward and not enter autorun.

My sister-in-law got used to playing via mouse in that other big MMO and wants to continue that method of play here. She has a problem that I can't figure out:
When she lets go of both mouse buttons (or either button at a time) she keeps autorunning. She only has the R key set to auto run and nothing else.
Any ideas? When I try to play that way I immediately stop as soon as I let go of either mouse button (or both.) I can't stand playing that way, as I've been using WASD forever.
