Speed comparison, Katana or Titan Weapons?

Assuming a katana toon and a momentumed titan weapons toon slashed at eachother, who would be faster?

When momentum is up, TW is as fast or faster overall. When you average in the time without Momentum, TW is probably slightly slower. If you want a more exact answer, you might want to specify attack chains, etc.
