Need help, rad/rad corr support build

Hello,
I need to respec my rad/rad corr and i was wondering if anybody had some builds floating around. i can buy anything up to purple IOs and i would like him to be a support toon, tp ally, maybe stimulant and such. my mids is not working, i try to load updates but the whole thing crashes all the time.

any help would be appreciated...
