Powers and Costumes Copied Across Accounts

Okay, here's what I *think* happened.
If you only logged back to the sign-in, rather than shutting down.
The game client retains a lot of state data (If you're in the Market interface, your last seached-for items, it even brings up your market inventory from another character for a heartbeat) that doesn't seem to go away when you don't shut down completely. This may be another example of that state data not being properly flushed when you don't shut the client down.

I don't like how it still granted powers server-side though, this tells me that there may be a vulnerability in the protocol, although the server did kick me.
