Game Will Not Lauch Since Today's Patch (Driver Date 1970?)

Yup. I PMd a redname about the havoc the new modified suggested driver list is causing, and also sent them a link to the first thread created about it where people are chiming in if they're affected, this one; http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=277874

After the update downloaded and I tried to start the game I got a message that my graphics driver may be out of date and therefore the game may not perform well. The driver is up to date, but the error said it was from 1970. That would be a neat trick. Anyways, the game tried to launch, but just locked up. I have a Geoforce GTS 450 with 285.56 driver version which is the current driver.
Edit - After having to reboot, the game will now start though it looks like all the graphics setting are rest. Also, there is an error at the login screen claiming my graphics driver is from May of 1970.
