Loyalist Resistance badges via Ouroboros?

The moral choices are extra 1-person only missions granted in Nova Praetoria, Neutropolis, and Imperial City at the end of a quest chain. These do not exist in the First Ward arcs, so no you can't use First Ward to earn them.

No and no praetorian missions outside of the First Ward ones are available through Ouroboros (yet).

Can you use the first ward arcs to get Loyalist Resistance moral choices? If so, how? Are there other ways for L50s that started as heroes or villains to get these 3 badges: Moral High Ground, Resistance Member, and Loyalist?
