Atlas park Base/Portal no longer a day job location?

Logging round some alts today My GF and I noticed that the base portal, where a couple of your toons logged in at, weren't displaying the monitor duty day job, or Pres bonus day job power from having been logged out there for a week.

First noticed on Exalted and check to see if it was the same on Defiant, which it was. used the portal and even being in the base did not indicate the day job. Checked the portal in Skyway and Talos, which were working fine.
