Needs help ASAP Freezing at the loading screen of Atlas Park

hi there im new to CoH and im having trouble in getting into Atlas Park i just started and its a little frustrated. i waited for every stage to download while i was i was creating my hero and it still freezes up. if anyone can help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz do so thank u.
