Easier to cap: EA or WP?

I'm tinkering with a SR brute. Worried about the eventual hit like I did with regen. Pondered EA seems not enough of anything.

I hate the time and costs of closing the psi hole on my inv tank, but reactive armor is plentiful and tops out at lvl 40 to help. Also smashing haymaker on the melee side depending on your offense.
