If you were active during headstart:
You will get your points on your billing date normally, except for the next couple months, because Freedom headstart screwed up and set everyone's points date to the 13th (Freedom release). You'll get the next allotment on the 11th.
If you were not active during headstart:
You will get your points on your billing date.
(For completeness sake: Server transfer tokens are awarded on the first of the month for every VIP, regardless of billing date; Paragon Reward Tokens are awarded at the end of the subscription month like the old veteran rewards.)
