Force Field / Fire Blast Build Advice
You're relying too much on Afterburner for defense. It's going to eat you alive.
Here's Bubbleshot the FF/Arch defender I use to hold center on Protector's Rush The Rikti ship raids. It takes lucky shots and an act of God to bring her down.
Right now you're grossly overslotting your defenses, which is detracting from your set slotting in other areas. You seem to want to have monster acc and recharge bonuses. Do you want to be a blaster with shields? Or a Defender who does steady, dependable amounts of damage without sucking their blue bar dry?
Also, you have five (5) travel travel powers.

I don't see how I am relying too much on Afterburner... My ranged defense is soft-capped at 45.3% without it.
Endurance will be a bit of an issue, but that's why I'm leaning towards the Cardiac alpha slot. Of course, I am open to and want suggestions.

Personally, I don't really want Super Speed, but I've learned the hard way throughout the years that it is necessary to keep up with my teammates, who keep Super Speed always on and rush through missions. Without it, everything in the last room of a mission is already dead before I get there. :\ I took Combat Jumping to keep my ranged defense soft-capped while Super Speeding through missions.
