Akmenos' - Demons/Pain/Mu
Welcome back, I would expect Demons/Pain to be pretty potent.
My thoughts -
I'd go 2 endurance reductions in your heals. MM heals are pretty costly.
Something about taking (and slotting) Stealth bugs me. I get taking stealth as an IO set mule and/or having an ability to stealth a mission. The slotting indicates you intend to use it full time. The reason it "bugs" me is that I found Pain Dom to be exceptional for dealing with aggro while in Bodyguard mode. A regen power, a resists power and a self heal allows you to take a lot of damage and survive.
The MM attacks from DS are actually quite effective. I far suggest those over the patron attacks. I substituted Crack Whip (the cone) instead of Stealth. Using Crack Whip to start a fight is a great way to debuff mobs and draw aggro.
Not taking Anguishing Cry is, in my mind, a terrible omission. It's a very solid debuff power that will increase your kill speed (and your team's). I took that in place of Electfying Fences.
Lastly I took Lash instead of Static Discharge. I would take Lash a LOT earlier but I don't have time to tweak the build that much right now.
Just making sure you know - Vengeance only works on dead teammates, not your pets. If you still want to keep Veng, a Def IO is more helpful than enhancing Heal. The Def boost from veng is substantial, the heal not so much.

Thanks for the input, I had a look at your build and I prefer it more.
Is there any other alternatives to vengance? if so what would be my best option?
Also can anyone give me a optimized IO build for a Demons/Pain build?

I have recently come back to City of Heros, and I have been leveling up a Demons/Pain/Mu Master Mind.
I would like some help with what powers I should take and how best to slot them, I dont mind changing my ancillary/epic pool or my travel power if there are better options in those pools.
Here is what im currently working towards (yes there are no IO's since I dont understand them and have not spent the time looking into them, so builds with IO's would be helpful so I can see whats going on).
EDIT: I changed the build since I made a mistake on the heals they now have 3xHeal and 3xEndurance
