Beam/Poison Quasi Concept build
Ok, I'm a fool. Forgot Steadfast Protection's +3% defense.
Made some edits.

Although Spring Attack buys you a second when you might anticipate needing it on entry it still would be replaced by Antidote. However looking at the build it is a bit toad like and the character I'd guess maybe a bit repulsive. It is a bit gimp to rely on outside power pool attacks but to each their own.
I have this combination except the beam saps enemies and my character recycles what she saps into toxins etc. A bit gross but it works for me.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.
I don't agree that I've gimped the build "to rely on outside power pool attacks" because the build has a full chain of beam attacks. The pool attacks are really only there for flavor and set mules. I've already gotten used to Spring Attack; it's fun as hell, awesome looking and provides great control. No way I'm dropping that.
I probably wouldn't use Antidote even if I had it in the build because I don't see Poison as a "keep people alive" set. Most times, I bind a set's heal to my 'v' key, but for this character I've bound the rez in that place for giggles. I'm here to cripple bosses, melt faces, and break bones.
Another word on the concept itself: The character used to be a SS brute, and I've literally kept that in his story. He inherited most of his strength from his father but not the invulnerability, thus why I picked Willpower at the time. He's never been too bright or very nice, and he's smoked a cigar since he was about 11. After developing lung cancer, he was saved by artificial lungs that managed to harness the cancer and the toxins it produces. He's still a big tough dude, and he can hurt people if he punches them, but he's not the up front fighter he used to be.
And he still smokes, of course.

Full disclosure: I don't expect anyone else to want to play this build. The concept is for a Brute who got lung cancer and is now a Corruptor, so I want him to still be able to walk into the thick of combat.
Good points of the build:
35% S/L defense
-10% tohit PBAoE debuff
51.9% Resistance to S/L outside of [Force of Nature]
14.2% Max HP
12% Global damage buff
Can stack 100% chance stuns
Can stack -63.75% resistance on a single target (before the Achilles Heel proc)
Full Melee Attack Chain
Bad points of the build:
Only 15% +recharge
Only 2.4 EPS net recovery
Poison causes some minor redraw
Has Spring Attack
Full Melee Attack Chain
Anyway, here's the data chunk:
