Due to the continued push of the Support team. I am here to post rather then have my issue dealt with directly or in a reasonable fashion.
My entire team recently fought the Seed of Hamidon, and none of us recieved the badge. I know that at least 4 of us filed Peititions on this. The answer we got back "System working as intended". This is neither fair nor reasonable. You have no way to know if an actual investigation was done. Why you did not actually accomplish what was done, to prevent the badge being given or anything else. They offer Speculation but do not say, oh we see here where you were teamed with X Y and Z players, all of you filed petitions. According to the logs the GM had been attacked by other members who were unable to successfully take it down therfor your team did not complete X component.
When I asked for a review of the logs to explain why I didn't. They immediatly got defensive saying " we cannot give out game secrets". I already know what is required for the badge thanks, I also know what I did. So what does the log say? I don't need a word for word detail but an overview of what it is and why needs to be looked at.
Additionally, there is ZERO empathy from the support staff. None, you cannot do customer support with out it. If you do it shows you don't care about your subscribers or your player base. If a request is made for more informatoin, supply it. It doesn't have to be vebatum. but as I said an overview should be done. Something simple as you were teamed with 8 members at X time. You fought from point A to point B. Petition was then filed at time X. you are either correct or not based off of seeing the records of W for the game on Server (name).
Additionally when asked for validation, I was told quite simply the matter was no longer going to be discussed. Even through there is no resoloutoin as far as I the customer is conserned. I still do not have the badge. I addtionally have no idea why i wasn't awarded it. Lastely I still have no understand of what happend. This makes for poor gaming and custoemr service experince.
Personally I've been part of CoH for the best part of 7 years. taking a short break form eyar 1 to year 3 but beyond that I' have been loyal so I can say this. The Support level in 7 years and gone down not improved like you would expect.
