I seem to recall that there was an issue a couple of weeks ago preventing them from issuing Paragon Points with the billing of your account. For some reason I thought they had this resolved, my account billed today and I didn't get any Paragon Points.
Is this still a problem?

I guess I'll message support. I just didn't want to do that if it was a known issue.
