You can also buy the SSA as a VIP Player, because if you drop from being VIP then you no longer have access to it unless you buy it. But if you never plan on being Premium, or don't plan on playing the arc if you do go Premium, then you don't need to buy it.

Please excuse me if this has been covered before. I tried search but couldn't find the answer. I am a "VIP". I tried to access the Sig Story Arc via the store. I assumed it was free. But all I can do is put in my wish list. What am I doing wrong?
