Can't add avatar or signature image

Are avatar and signature images disabled? Every image I try to point to or upload a 100 x 100 image, it simply fails. I see nothing in the forum FAQ about this. Any suggestions?

Well, I see one now...

Trying a different one? And signature images, you'll need to use the [ IMG ] tag, not the line to enter the URL. (Note everything beneath the "See my guides and tutorials" line in my signature is an image.)
