If you mean the pack of 6 Character Transfers for 480 Paragon Points, it's limited to 1 per account:

I first bought a bundle of 5 Server Transfers with the Paragon Points i got for signing up over the last months. That worked fine.
Tonight i bought a load of Paragon Points and tried several times to buy another bundle with 5 Server Transfers but it doesn´t work. it always tells me:
If it´s bugged, will the time it will be on sale be extended?
I guess this issue won´t be fixed over the weekend an the sale only lasts for about 84 hours.
