Hmm for the slots I think you'd have to reaquire them (you should have been given some points for them) and maybe exalted was full up (the activity indicator is faulty atm). It could be a coincidence

I hope it is. But I have suspicions tho, funny thing is that even on servers that I don't have characters on it is still not letting me do it.

Yesterday I wanted to make a new character on pinnacle since I have open slots there and went into the selector to make a grav/time troller, but when I got to the screen the next button was not lit up. I could not make a new character. I did this with all the servers and got nothing. Even the VIP server is unavailable to me and my account says I am a VIP. Can anyone help?
