I've begun to consolidate enhancements from different servers onto one base, because I can't keep track of what I have when outfitting alts. I've basically been emailing myself via global mail and grabbing stuff with an alt in the SG that I'm using for storage.
I just found out that there's a limit of 150 outgoing messages per day from any one account. My question is: Is this limit clock-based (midnight-to-midnight) or is it based on the time in which the last email was sent (like if I sent #150 at 5pm, do I have to wait until 5pm the next day to start sending more messages).
