yeah, Device's doesn't have Build-Up which kinda sucks.
ideally you want Boost Range from Energy Manip on any pvp blaster.
If yer set on DP/Dev then you'll want to cap your HP (1606), get a Phase, and get about 40+ kb protection.
perma jump is ---> /up 1
I am pretty sure DP/Dev is the worst Blaster combo for PvP out there (DP/Ice might be worse, actually, but at least that has Build Up).

I have a DP/Devices blaster (lvl 50) and I want to have the ultimate damage build for her. I figure if I kill them quick, the less I will die. I know I will die alot so any defense would be good too. Any suggestions?
