NClauncher running 256 times !

i left my computer on overnight and when i went on this morning, randomly the NClauncher started it self and had this error message: NClauncher.exe - no debugger found. click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. click cancel to abort the jit debug request. the big problem is that it is running 256times on my computer and when i click retry, cancel or try to X out of the error pop up, it just comes right back up. help? also, i had no internet connection while i left it on overnight. any ideas??
