In the enhancement window (that is, clicking enhancement from your tray)...usually, when I hover my mouse over a power, a little box will show up, with the specific slotted stats for that power and their %'s. But..for some reason, on one of my alts it has vanished! Anyone know how to turn it back on? Looking over and over at the options..and nothing seems to fit.

You have Tool Tips disabled in Options.

Ohh..I see. Clearly it is tips, for tools. So turning it off makes me more of a tool I guess. Thank you!
