Fire/Fire/Fire build critique

Hi all, I'm a returning player after 2.5 years off and I need a little help getting caught up. I'm thinking about fixing up my toon with this build and I'm looking for an extra set of eyes to point out any obvious flaws or have any suggestions to maximize my survive ability. I.E. more Defense. This build has 30% Melee 30% AoE and 21% Ranged 21% S/L 28% F/C Defense, but I'm not sure which one to focus on for endgame content. Thanks for any and all help.

alot of people pick one type of defense to focus on, and get it to 45%

sm/leth defense is probably the most common to slot for. You'll have to pay for Kinetic Combats and they're not cheap.

probably the second most common sought after defense would be ranged defense. Since your a scrapper this might not be useful unless you run from battles alot

some go for both of these.

some go for Melee defense if they can stack it with sheilds they get (like Sheild Defense and Super Reflexes)

AoE/Fire/Cold defense is easy to get with Aegis, but should probably be considered secondary to sm/leth defense.

also don't forget to slot a Steadfast Res/Def 3% IO. This gives you 3% def across the board.

In summary, for a Fire Armor, your best bet is to try for 45% sm/leth defense.

p.s. you dont have to go for defense at all..
