Need a Psy/Energy build PVP

Hey guys, i don't understand nothing about blasters lol and I was thinking that anyone of you have a basic build Psy/Energy PVP for me guys xD, and Psy/Energy is a good buid for PVP in RV?

this should work for zone pvp..

your attack chain is Will Dom, Psi Dart, Tk Blast, Psi Dart.

This build is using Cardiac Boost alpha.
