Elec/SR Build help!

Hey there.

I've been leveling my Elec/SR scrapper and got him to 40, and I just finished my build for him. Any help and advice I could get is appreciated!

I've got him softcapped, and having experienced some problems with end, I tried to get that pretty up there, too.

The regen slotting in Physical Perfection would be better in Health since it has a higher base regen.

I try to avoid slotting Auto powers, there's not much bang (percentage) for yer buck (slots)

I put some Sheild Walls in the build. The tri SW's will cost about the same as a LotG:7.5% so not sure if you wanna spring for those..The D/R and E/R are usually @10~40mil.
