Contact/Mission Issues

Should I continue to report as bugs situations where the mission the contact talks about is not the mission that comes up when accepted?

Ex. On Infinity I went to Paco Sanchez and he offered me a mission to arrest Inferno, i accepted the missiona and it showed up as Arrest Scorch and his crew.

this will be the fourth time I have reported a similar discrepancy..
