Advice on a Bots/Traps build

I've been trying to rework my old Bots/Traps MM, who hadn't gotten much love lately. I'm working on getting her Incarnate powers, but I'm pretty bad when it comes to set building. I'm working on buffing defense for her, using a Provoke to pull the mobs into bodyguard attacking style.

Here's the build I came up with. I'm going for something moderately affordable; I have some money for IOs, but not a ton. Any suggestions, or anything I'm doing drastically wrong?

For my Incarnate Alpha I'm planning on going with Nerve; I think that's the one with the +Def Buff. Judgement was probably going to be the cold cone. Lore...I dunno. WarWorks fits thematically, but I don't know if it has good synergy with Bots.
