NCSoft Launcher keeps crashing

Error message says root element missing, repair does nothing. Shortly thereafter Windows says it has stopped working correctly. Then all I can do is close program.

Any ideas?

I found a way to fix it, I think. Browse into your City of Heroes folder. You'll see a folder called "~PS". Delete that, then try repairing again.
