Sounds like you are using the old updater, which was disabled August 4.
See here for info on the replacement that you are now required to use.

It's been over 24 hrs ans still unable to connected COH severs.City of Heroes Updater keeps saying Loading....after connecting #10 I give up.Anyone knows why this is happening?I check the Sever Status and they are all up. Thanks
