I recently reformatted my harddrive, and reinstalled City of Heroes. All of my drivers are up-to-date as they can be for the parts I am running on. They are the same drivers as before. Note: the game ran fine before. Now when I load the game either by the legacy updater or the new NCSoft one, the game will not load.
I have no firewall and nothing has been installed that would block the game from running. The Loading bar graphic appears and disappears after a few seconds. The game doesn't load. I check the task manager and it is not on there.
I've searched everywhere and could not find an answer. I used all the tricks from other error and crashes with loading and nothing. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I am running Windows XP Home Ed (SP3). I tried to use CoHHelper but I am getting an error.
