Right click City of Heroes in the uninstalled list and select Install Game. When it asks where to put it, select your installation on your external hard drive. It'll parse through your installation and update what needs updating (there was a patch this morning), and you'll be good to go.

I am having a problem. when I opened NCsoft, apparently the game is not installed when it is, so I can't play it for some weird reason. I haven't had this problem before. I have the game installed on an external hard drive so I dont eat up space on my laptop. But now I can't play it. Any help? thanks
