Freedom Store and South America

Can't really answer that definitively, but so far it looks like it is an expansion of the existing in-game store. Like how you buy character slots and name changes right now. If you can do that without having to worry about your regional issues...that is a safe bet to be the answer.

I have a question regarding Freedom, will us outside of US and Europe be able to easily buy something? Without having to deal with proxies and others? Right now if I want to get something from the NC Store I have to use a proxy to show me as coming from an EU IP, otherwise nothing is shown.
Are you guys taking that into consideration?
I know that the deal with LevelUp to sell the game in Brazil didn't work that well (not that many people bought) but at least you have some guys playing in here.
