Ladies and Gentlemen of the Scrapper Forum!

I have decided to try out the Electric Melee and Electric Armor sets. Below is my preliminary build. I will be primarily soloing, with Task Forces and Trials sprinkled in for flavor. I am rather pleased with this build but for one thing. I am looking to squeeze in some more recharge so that Hasten and Energize are permanent. Ideally, I would like to achieve this without sacrifice. However, I would be happy to see it with as little loss of survivability as possible. Obviously, if there are any glaring errors in power picks or slotting, I am open to correction.

I think ya overloaded assault with too many slots and on top of that it wouldn't surprise me if Build Up did more for the build than Physical Perfection.

Thank you for the input, New Dawn. I suppose that I got it into my head somehow that Tactics, six-slotted with GSFC, did better on average than Build Up. How many slots should Build Up be assigned for best results?
