If you're talking about Tool Tips, just go into your options and make sure they're on, and adjust the delay to your desired length.

For quite some time now I have had a problem with not being able to see how much an enhancement will increase the percentages of the type of enhancement(dam, acc, etc) when placing them into the powers. At first when you hover over the enhancement slot it will give me the numbers, but after level 10 it seems to stop doing so. Also for set IOs I cannot see which piece(s) if the set are already slotted.
My question is, is it suppose to do that? and if not how can I fix it. It is pretty annoying not being able to tell how much an enhancement will hurt help my power. For SO/DO it isn't so important, but for IOs, especially sets it is very hard. I've wasted so much influence buying IO's only to find that I already have that enhancer in my power.
