Invincibility is your taunt aura and will generate lots of attention, regardless if you've got AoE or ST attacks. It doesn't need Taunt enhancements to do so.
Watchman is still achievable at lower levels during Rikti raids.
I suggest you read Call Me Awesome's two Invulnerability guides in the tank guides thread at the top of the tank forums if you're going for an Invulnerable tank.

I just got back from a year long break from COH, and the last Tanker I made a long time ago. That being said, I was considering making a new Tanker, but I had a question about Gauntlet. I am considering a INV/SS tanker, but I really like watching all the bad guys just punch my character. From what I understand about Gauntlet, my AoEs will taunt everyone and my ST attacks get up to four. Will SS fulfill my desire to get punched in the face a lot, or should I go to something with more AoE?
Second question, I am only keeping my WP/Axe tanker because he has the Rikti sword at level 9, Is it feasible to go after the Watchman badge at a lower level still, or is it mostly a higher level thing (Haven't seen Rikti invasions)? Wanted to get it for my soon to be Axe scrapper.
