I have been working with NCSoft Tech support for a few days now trying to figure out my crashing/driver problem. Today a possible solution was brought to me and before I could clarify the steps in implementing it my support ticket was mysteriously missing. I have a past support ticket from July of 2010 that is still visible on my list of questions labeled "Solved." However, the current ticket I've had open for my current problem has disappeared with no traces of it whatsoever. The problem has not been "solved" so I don't know why it has disappeared. What happened NCSoft?

Ummm, maybe log a new ticket about the missing ticket? You should have all of the necessary information including ticket ID in your mail.
