I've decided to make a dual blade scrapper after ignoring the set for a few years. I've been looking around, and I've stolen a few ideas here and there from various builds I've seen.
The build below has blinding feint hit capped at +3s, and all other attacks with the BF buff are hit capped against +3s. Fighting +4s, I'd have to to turn on tactics to be hit capped.
I tried to get my defense as high as I could, while still maintaining enough recharge where I should be able to use the BF -> Attack Vitals combo going nonstop. I also don't want to neglect the powers involved in the sweep combo since it's pretty useful for AoE purposes.
The build is about 75 HP away from being HP capped with accolades, and has decent regen. I may have went a little overkill on the endurance recovery, but at 39 with stamina and qr I can eat through an end bar really fast. Also, all of the other epic pools have abilities that cause redraw, which I hate.
I plan on going for the Rebirth destiny slot, for the self heal and +regen for when situations get hairy. The alpha slot will be musculature 45% damage.
What I'd like is a fresh set of eyes who can glance over, and maybe move some stuff around or find some set bonuses I may have overlooked. Thanks for any advice
