Technically the servers are up.
I phrased that badly. The last few issues have needed tweaking so it's not reliable.

Since today is the 28th I'm not sure how useful it is.

So how long does this process take? This is the first time I have ever encountered it.
Today, they have the servers down to update the game to I20.5.
