Forum Question: Creating A link HUN thread

Kind of a silly question, but lately my signature's grown rather large in size and soon I will no longer be able to fit anything into it, if they were all my threads, I might not mind, but the point of my signature, for the most part, is to bring to people's attention as well as remind them of the wonderful All Things Art threads started by Nobel Savage and Tunnel Rat.
My question is if it would be against forum rules to create a link HUB thread, and if it isn't, where should I put it, and are there any things I should know about creating such a thread?

You could do a "Guide to All Things Art". Expand on what the different threads are for, maybe point out some pieces/changes from the threads that actually got added (or will be added) to the game. Put it in Player Guides.

Thank you, and I just now realize my spelling mistake in the OP... This is why one should not create threads at four in the morning.
