Port More Costume Options Across Models

I tried to add a cigarette to a female model today and found none...granted, not usually a fan of having a character who smokes, but still

this is only one instance

there's also the Baron jackets which I know other people have asked for for women

and I suppose there are some female options male characters would like to have (though I don't know what)
